Villa Meltemi unfolds across three quiet levels of whitewashed volumes, polished concrete floors and open sightlines to the Aegean. Six hundred square metres of living space are woven around two swimming pools — a 100 sqm heated infinity pool and an intimate 28 sqm plunge — set within landscaped gardens of native grasses and cactus. Six en-suite bedrooms accommodate up to twelve guests, complemented by a private gym, a massage room with spa therapy table, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living space, and a rooftop suite with its own terrace and pool. Outside, sun loungers, bean bags and a pergola-shaded dining table extend the interior calm into the Cycladic light. Every stay includes daily breakfast, daily housekeeping and linen change, pool freshening, turn-down service on request, a pillow menu, bathrobes for all guests, and access to the estate bar, restaurant and spa.
